Progress Bar für Stempel

Make a progress bar to see how many stamps you still need.

Goal:

• The progress bar gets filled the more stamps you collect
• The required amount of stamps depends on the degree (MMT-B = 14, MMT-B and MMTB-M = 10)

Linked Issues:

Discuss the design conflict with issue #92 because they make a new header. Team of issue #91 needs information about when the Stempelheft is ready to be handed in so that the "hand in" button appears. (The other team will leave us a place where we can place the progress bar)

• make a design concept of the progress bar (figma)
• make a model required_stamps (department, studies, amount)
• implement logic to display current stamps
• implement logic to display needed stamps
• implement a fancy progress bar
