Update Navbar

Design and implement a better top navigation

• Design new Header with the team which handles issue #79 (closed)
• Migrate Nav all Nav options EXCEPT Logout/Login & Stempel/Events to Footer
• Configure implement logic behind Stempel -> Events and Events -> Stempel switch (see pictures)
• Implement design changes to mobile and desktop
• Add Icons (optional)
